We are a growing local business specializing in curtains, soft furnishings, and textiles, serving residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a proactive, reliable and motivated candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engaging with residential and commercial clients
- Sales support via email and phone
- Preparing accurate quotes based on measurements and specifications
- Managing orders through WooCommerce
- Sending marketing and advertising emails to clients
- Assisting with social media posts and advertising campaigns
- Contributing ideas to help grow sales and customer engagement
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management
- Helping with preparing curtains and soft furnishings (cutting, packing, organising)
- Supporting day-to-day business operations
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven sales experience (required)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable with email marketing and online systems
- Basic knowledge of WooCommerce or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of the metric system and measurements
- Ability to accurately calculate prices and quotations
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Proactive mindset — someone who looks for opportunities, not just tasks
Preferred (but not essential)
- Interest in curtains, interior design, or textiles
- Crafting, sewing, or DIY as a hobby
- Experience with email marketing, social media, or online advertising
