A) General Conditions

In using this website and/or service, the Customer (also referred to as “you”) are deemed to have read and agreed the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions constitute agreement between you and HP Design (Ing. Hana Bugeja – the owner and operator of www.hpdesignshop.com and also referred to as “us”). Purchase of goods or product means ordering of items from this website chosen by the customer.

These terms represent the entire agreement between you and us. Any variations to these Conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between you and us) shall be written by us. By ordering goods, we commit to deliver goods to you and you commit to accept and received the goods and pay the full price of the order.

We do our best to run this site very carefully but some errors might occur. Hereby all products listed on this site are subject to change, as is product information, pricing and availability. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, incorrect information, we have the right to decline or cancel such orders. If you have been already charged for the order and we cancel your order, we will issue a credit back in the amount of the charge. We might require additional verifications or information before/after accepting any order.

Your order is not accepted until it is delivered.

The language used in the contract to purchase our goods and communication is English.

B)  Our Goods

Purchase of goods or product means ordering of items from this website chosen by the customer. We are trying to offer the best quality goods either supplied from our reliable and trustworthy suppliers or made locally by us.

Pictures, Illustrations and descriptions and any other information submitted or contained in this website are just general information and guidance only and should not be deemed to form part of the contract. All goods remain property of HP Design until paid in full.

C)  Price & Payments

Prices are in EUR. The price due from you is the price indicated as inclusive of value added tax (incl. VAT).

Unless otherwise stated, the price of goods does not include delivery by us to you – delivery charge is separate and you can see the price in final order process. Although in some specific period you can find delivery free of charge.

We offer you several options for payments:

By CASH – possible only for deliveries in Gozo and local pick up at our store. Full amount has to be paid upon delivery.

BY CHEQUE – either you can issue a cheque and pay upon delivery to  a courier (possible for deliveries in Gozo and Malta) or you can send a cheque directly to the store (please see address above) and we will send goods after receiving the cheque. Kindly note that the cheques has to be issued for correct amount in euros and payable to: HP DESIGN.

BY PAYPAL – you can pay your order with your PayPal account or by your credit card.

BY BANK TRANSFER – after ordering goods you will receive by email our bank details to make a payment. In this option you have to make the payment by 48hours from the order otherwise your order will be cancelled.

If you fail to make any payment on the due date then we cancel your order and suspend deliveries of any products to you.

D) Delivery of Goods

We offer delivery in Maltese Islands (Malta & Gozo). International deliveries and shipping will come soon as we are working on it.

If you opt for delivery, the goods shall be delivered by us to your address and the risk in the goods shall pass to you upon such delivery taking place. We will try to dispatch the goods the following day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public holiday). We will contact you regarding exact day for delivery. Please note that delivery time is only estimate. Our goods you should receive mostly by 3-4days. If we are unable to deliver the goods to you within 30days beginning with the day after the order we shall inform you by email.

You should note that our carrier requires immediate notice to be given of any loss or damage to goods. You should inspect the goods upon receipt and report any loss or damage to the carrier immediately.

In respect of any damage to goods reported to us after delivery we shall require proof from you that the goods were damage before receipt by you. In case of any damage or loss to the goods in the time of delivery we will replace the goods at no cost to you or refund the price and carriage.

Other charges may apply for urgent orders and order exceeding 25kg.

E) Return Policy

You have a right to cancel the agreement at any time before the expiry of a period of 14days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods.

You may cancel the agreement by giving us a notice in writing to our email address or by post to our address (please see addressed above).

If you cancel the agreement, you must return the goods in complete and unused and unopen condition to us at the address given above. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to use and you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us. You are under a duty they goods will not be damaged in transit, we would charge you the direct costs of recovering any goods supplied by us if you fail to return the goods to us.

Please note that return of goods will be only acceptable after informing us by email or by post.

If all requirements (written acknowledgement and returning goods in good condition) are met we have up to 14days to issue a credit back.

Damage Goods

You should note that our carrier requires immediate notice to be given of any loss or damage to goods. You should inspect the goods upon receipt and report any loss or damage to the carrier immediately.
